Yes! When you sign up for a dedicated desk, you can select from available desks in our floor plan. Window desks and premium locations may have additional fees. Our team will guide you through available options during the onboarding process.

We offer flexible pausing options for dedicated desk members. You can pause your membership for 1-3 months while retaining your desk location for a small holding fee. Contact our community team at least 30 days before your planned pause.

Absolutely! Many of our members start with hot desks and upgrade as their needs change. We make the transition seamless and will prorate your first month when switching plans. There's no penalty for upgrading.

Each dedicated desk comes with a lockable storage drawer or cabinet. Standard plan includes one drawer (approx. 18"x18"x12"), Pro plan includes a full cabinet (approx. 24"x24"x36"). All storage is secure and accessible only with your key or code.
